As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, all ZERO Height Safety products come with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Warranty Coverage

ZERO Height Safety warrants our fall protection, abseil, and helmet PPE against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if any defects arise under normal and proper use of the product, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion, free of charge.

 

Warranty Exclusions

It’s important to note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and specifications. Any modifications made to the product outside of the manufacturer’s specifications will void this warranty.
