RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing ZERO Height Safety products. We strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns process is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring fair returns and exchanges. This policy is specifically for our reseller distribution network. Consumers should direct any returns to the place of purchase.

 

Approval Requirement

Resellers cannot return products to ZERO without prior approval. All returns must be authorised by ZERO Height Safety. Please be aware that our arrangement is not based on a sale or return agreement, so returns are not accepted solely due to unsold inventory. Return Conditions

Wholesalers stipulate that returned products must be in original, unused, and resalable condition. Original packaging and documentation may also be required. Products with a limited life span must have at least 80% of their life span remaining at the time of return. Any returned items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal or additional charges.

 

Time Frame

Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returns outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the reseller unless the return is due to an error on the part of ZERO Height Safety (e.g., incorrect product shipped or manufacturing defect).

 

Restocking Fee

For products outside of your core inventory range, a 15% restocking fee will be applied if returned within 60 days of purchase. This fee will be communicated to the reseller at the time of return approval.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Products that have been used or damaged after receipt
  • Clearance or discontinued items

 

Warranty Claims

Products with manufacturing defects or issues covered under warranty can be returned for repair or replacement. Warranty claims must follow the same approval process as standard returns. For more details on our warranty, please visit our Warranty Disclaimer page.
