Product Recall Notice Tower Harness

The promoter is ZERO Height Safety (NZ/AU) Limited (“ZERO Height Safety”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the Regional Safety Expo Rockhampton and submit the entry form at the ZERO Height Safety stand. Employees of ZERO Height Safety and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is required. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entries open at the commencement of the Regional Safety Expo Rockhampton and close at the conclusion of the event. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
The prize is one ZERO Apex X2 Helmet, valued at AUD $140.00 including GST. The helmet colour will be selected by the winner from the colours available at the time the prize is supplied.
The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw at 12.00 pm AEST on 31 August 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the email address or mobile number supplied on the entry form. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. ZERO Height Safety may substitute the prize only where permitted by law and with the winner’s written agreement.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, ZERO Height Safety may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize will be delivered to the winner within Australia at ZERO Height Safety’s cost and within one month of the winner being confirmed.
Personal information will be used to administer the draw and contact the winner. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has separately agreed to receive them. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the ZERO Height Safety Privacy Policy.
By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. ZERO Height Safety’s decision regarding the draw is final, subject to applicable law.
