HEAT REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY
To reduce heat buildup within the helmet, we have minimised heat absorption by designing a streamlined shell with minimal exposed surface areas. As air enters the ventilated shell, it circulates through a network of channels. To enhance the effectiveness of heat dissipation, we have designed the channels using fluid dynamic principles to gradually narrow, which impacts air pressure and increases the airflow velocity. As it enters wider channels, it is efficiently channelled through rear air exhausts, dissipating heat from inside the helmet.
